Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Custom Orders Custom/made-to-order items require approximately 4 weeks of production time before shipping. You will be notified when your custom order is complete and ready to ship. If you have questions about your custom order status, please contact us at crazyaboutyarns@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship across Canada via Canada Post and/or courier services.
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 CAD flat rate
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $100.00 CAD
Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location within Canada.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, high-volume periods).
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at crazyaboutyarns@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
